Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist

📋 Description

• Own worldwide AI/e-commerce compliance workflows and docs
• Manage DPAs, TIAs, and vendor contract issues
• Prepare internal docs on data protection, AI governance, and rights
• Maintain EverAI's AI systems inventory and safety risk assessments
• Oversee IP issues, NDAs, licenses, and TOS/privacy updates
• Track regulatory developments affecting EverAI

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (LL.M./J.D. or recognized certification)
• 2-6 years as legal counsel; at least 2 years with contracts and data protection
• Experience with Data Protection Agreements and Transfer Impact Assessments
• Experience contacting vendors about contract issues
• Experience with AI landscape or governance; interest in B2C
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English
