Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist

📋 Description

• Owning compliance with worldwide AI and e-commerce laws.
• Manage DPAs, TIAs, and data protection documentation.
• Maintain compliance docs: DP, AI governance, consumer rights.
• Maintain EverAI's AI systems inventory per EU guidance.
• Risk assessments under applicable safety laws.
• IP issues, NDAs, licenses, and updates to terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (LL.M./JD) or equivalent certification.
• 2-6 years in legal counsel; 2+ yrs in contracts and DP law.
• Experience with DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Experience contacting vendors about contract issues.
• Experience with AI-related regulatory landscape for B2C.
• Strong English communication; ability to distill complex concepts.
