📋 Description

• Owning worldwide AI and e-commerce compliance
• Manage contracts, DPAs, TIAs; maintain docs
• Internal docs for data protection, AI governance, consumer rights
• EverAI AI systems inventory and safety risk assessments
• Product and feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection
• Track legal developments and day-to-day tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (LLM/JD or equivalent)
• 2-6 years as legal counsel; at least 2 years in contracts and data protection
• Experience with DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments; vendor contact
• Experience applying AI/B2C regulatory landscape; ability to distill complex concepts
• Strong English communication; ownership; AI interest
• Comfortable reviewing uncensored AI content including NSFW material
