Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist (Full Remote - Austria)

📋 Description

• Own compliance with worldwide AI and e-commerce laws.
• Manage DPAs, TIAs and data protection contracts.
• Prepare and maintain compliance docs: data protection, AI governance.
• Maintain EverAI’s AI systems inventory per EU guidance.
• Lead product reviews for consumer rights and data protection.
• Oversee IP issues, NDAs, licenses, and terms updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LLM/JD) or equivalent certification.
• 2-6 years as legal counsel or similar.
• At least 2 years working with contracts and data protection law.
• Experience with DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Experience contacting vendors about contract issues.
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts; interest in AI.
