Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist (Full Remote - Czech Republic)

📋 Description

• Own compliance with worldwide AI and e-commerce laws.
• Manage contracts, DPAs, TIAs, and data protection records.
• Prepare and maintain compliance docs: DP, AI governance, rights.
• Maintain EverAI’s AI systems inventory per EU guidance.
• Product & feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection.
• Oversee day-to-day IP issues, NDAs, licenses, and terms updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (LLM/JD or equivalent).
• 2–6 years as legal counsel; 2+ years in contracts and data protection.
• Experience with DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Vendor contact experience for contract issues.
• Interest or experience in AI regulation for B2C.
• Strong English communication; ability to distill complex concepts.
