Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist (Full Remote - Europe)

📋 Description

• Own worldwide AI/e-commerce compliance program.
• Prepare and maintain DPAs, TIAs, and data protection docs.
• Maintain internal docs: data protection, AI governance, consumer rights.
• Manage EverAI’s AI systems inventory per EU guidance.
• Review IP issues, NDAs, licenses; update TOS/Privacy.
• Track regulatory developments and advise on impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (LLM/JD or equivalent).
• 2-6 years as legal counsel; at least 2 yrs in contracts and data protection.
• Experience with GDPR DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Vendor contract experience; data protection awareness.
• Experience with B2C regulatory landscape; ability to distill complex concepts.
• Professional experience or interest in AI.
