Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist (Full Remote - Germany)

📋 Description

• Owning global compliance for AI and e-commerce laws
• Manage DPAs and TIAs under data protection law
• Prepare and maintain compliance docs (DP, AI governance, consumer rights)
• Maintain EverAI's AI systems inventory per EU guidance
• Handle day-to-day compliance: IP issues, NDAs, licenses, TOS
• Track and analyze new legal developments affecting EverAI

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (JD/LLM or cert)
• 2-6 years as legal counsel; 2+ yrs with contracts and data protection
• Knowledge of DPAs and TIAs; vendor contract issues
• Experience with AI and B2C legal landscape
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English
• Professional interest in AI
