📋 Description

• Own worldwide AI/e-commerce compliance programs.
• Manage DPAs, TIAs, and data protection docs.
• Maintain internal docs on DP, AI governance, rights.
• Track regulatory updates affecting EverAI.
• Handle IP issues, NDAs, licenses, and terms updates.
• Review product features for compliance with data rights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-6 years in legal counsel; contracts and data protection focus
• JD/LLM or legal certification required
• GDPR, DPAs, TIAs; vendor contract experience
• Ability distill complex legal concepts to plain English
• Interest or professional AI experience
• Bonus: attorney certification; AI compliance; multilingual
