Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist (Full Remote - Netherlands)

📋 Description

• Own worldwide AI and e-commerce compliance programs
• Manage DPAs, TIAs, and GDPR-related contracts
• Maintain compliance docs, AI inventory, and risk assessments
• Review products and features for data protection compliance
• Oversee day-to-day IP issues, NDAs, licenses, and terms updates
• Track and analyze new AI regulations and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (LL.M./J.D. or equivalent)
• 2-6 years in legal counsel; 2+ yrs with contracts & DP law
• Knowledge of DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments
• Vendor contract experience; ability to draft/negotiate DPAs
• AI interest or experience; B2C regulatory sensitivity
• Soft skills: English fluency, collaboration, ownership
