📋 Description

• Own worldwide AI/e-commerce compliance.
• Prepare DPAs, TIAs, and data protection docs.
• Maintain internal docs: DP, AI governance, consumer rights.
• Maintain EverAI's AI systems inventory per EU guidance.
• Conduct risk assessments under safety laws.
• Review product features for compliance and data rights.

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (e.g., LLM/JD or certification).
• 2-6 years as legal counsel; 2+ yrs with contracts & data protection; DPAs/TIAs.
• Experience applying data protection laws; know DPAs & TIAs.
• Experience with B2C legal landscape.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into plain English.
• Professional interest in AI; fluent in English.
