Junior/Mid AI Legal Specialist (Full Remote - Spain)

📋 Description

• Own compliance with worldwide AI and e-commerce laws.
• Manage DPAs, TIAs, and data protection contracts.
• Prepare and maintain compliance docs: DP, AI governance, privacy notices.
• Review product features for consumer rights and data protection.
• Own day-to-day compliance tasks: IP, NDAs, licenses, privacy terms.
• Track and analyze relevant legal developments affecting EverAI.

🎯 Requirements

• Legal education (JD or LLM or equivalent).
• 2-6 years as legal counsel, with 2+ years in contracts and data protection.
• Experience with DPAs, TIAs and data protection law.
• Experience contacting vendors about contract issues.
• Experience with AI or regulatory landscape for B2C.
• Fluent in English; strong ability to distill complex concepts.
