📋 Description

• Lead implementation and oversight of O5 Quality Control Framework.
• Plan and conduct announced and unannounced audits of inspection operations.
• Review and analyze KPIs, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain report review framework and conduct random audits.
• Lead CAPA process, ensure root cause analysis and closure.
• Drive quality awareness and competency development programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related.
• Minimum 5 years in quality management, auditing, or compliance.
• Experience in inspection, testing, or certification industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems and audit methodologies.
• Data analysis and dashboard reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
