Junior Officer - Entity Management

📋 Description

• Own delivery of entity management requests end-to-end.
• Use Viewpoint, NavOne and key systems with high data quality.
• Keep deadlines on track; monitor workloads and escalate risks.
• Support complex entity matters with experienced colleagues.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Provide management information, including timesheets and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in financial services, corporate administration or related.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory AML/CFT obligations.
• Excellent organisational skills and proactive mindset.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with team orientation.
• Desirable: ICSA/CGI, STEP or ACCA; Viewpoint/NavOne exp.
