Support Implementation Managers across onboarding and implementation projects.
Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking and completing tasks.
Support UAT preparation and execution.
Help with testing activities and validation of customer configurations or workflows.
Prepare and update training materials, user guides, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in customer onboarding, implementation support, or similar roles.
Comfortable with SaaS, enterprise software, or digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage follow-ups, documentation, and multiple workstreams.
Strong English; multilingual in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mandarin or Russian.
Comfortable supporting UAT, testing, documentation, and training delivery.
