Junior Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Instruction and initial verification of client payments per SLAs
• Completion of payment beneficiaries per internal processes
• Help clients resolve questions about transactions via email, phone and chat
• Take and act on offline client instructions per processes
• Take responsibility for tasks and demonstrate end-to-end ownership
• Creation and enrichment of transaction reporting files
