Junior Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Leading the warehouse team by example and managing staff on shift
• Training new team members on process and product
• Picking and packing items accurately for customer dispatch
• Supporting management of Delivery Partners
• Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items
• Receiving product from vendors and resolving discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environment
• Working knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible, honest
• Effective communication skills
• Organised, team-oriented, positive attitude, helpful
• Flexible to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am)
