Gopuff

Lead the warehouse team on shift; train new team members and manage staff on shift
Picker and pack items accurately for customer dispatch
Support with Delivery Partners for a smooth delivery experience
Handle issue resolution with customers for substituted or out-of-stock items
Receive goods from vendors; verify counts against PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies
Stock management: put away products, conduct cycle counts, manage waste and TooGoodToGo partnership

🎯 Requirements

Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environments
Basic web applications knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible and honest
Effective communication skills
Organised, team-oriented, positive attitude
Flexible to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am)
