Junior Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead on-shift warehouse team; manage staff; train new workers
• Pick and pack items accurately per order for dispatch
• Support Delivery Partners for a smooth delivery experience
• Resolve issues; contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Receive goods; verify counts match PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies
• Stock management and warehouse upkeep; inventory put-away, cycle counts, and safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Strong work ethic; punctual, responsible and honest
• Effective communication skills
• Organised, team-oriented, positive and helpful
• Flexible to cover shifts 7am–3am
