Leading the warehouse team, training new team members, and managing staff on shift
Picking and packing items accurately per order for dispatch
Supporting management of Delivery Partners to ensure a slick delivery experience
Contacting customers for substituted or out-of-stock items
Receiving product from vendors and resolving discrepancies
Managing stock, conducting cycle counts, and handling waste and compliance

🎯 Requirements

Experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment
General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google
Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible, and honest
Effective communication skills
Organised, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful
Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am)
