(Junior) Packaging Engineer (all genders)

📋 Description

• Ensure assurance of supply for primary and secondary packaging materials
• Comply with packaging regulations focusing on sustainable packaging choices
• Build relationships with all packaging material suppliers
• Conduct regular supplier visits to ensure packaging quality
• Develop and evaluate packaging solutions and processes under regulations
• Perform technical tests and complex production tests in GMP environment

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in packaging engineering or equivalent
• First experience in pharmaceutical industry or comparable
• Experience in cross-functional teams in matrix structures
• Experience with customers and suppliers
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong problem-solving and independent work skills
