📋 Description

• Join North America Contracts team (US and Canada) at Carta Law.
• Assist with investor onboarding, transaction KYC, and high-volume legal work with AI agents.
• Rotate across or specialize within one of three practice areas.
• Collaborate with lawyers to deliver high-quality client service on fast-moving matters.
• Support lawyers with first-round markups of NDAs and commercial contracts.
• Manage document lifecycles, deadlines, and execution.

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent (preferred).
• Eager to learn and grow in legal practice (compliance, contracts, funds).
