Junior Partner Associate

📋 Description

• You will manage end-to-end life cycle of large events from contract to closing.
• Be the main contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Lead cross-team delivery by coordinating other departments.
• Communicate product/process needs to HQ; work with product/engineering to prioritise.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user incidents managed by support.
• Ensure all requirements have the necessary documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a project management or consulting role; event experience a plus.
• Fluent English and German; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, relationship, and organizational skills; fast learner.
• Solution-focused; identify problems and create resolutions.
• Strong communication and ability to build positive relationships.
• Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
