📋 Description

• Manage the entire life cycle of big events from signed commercial contract to final closing
• Serve as main point of contact between all stakeholders, from event organizer to internal teams
• Oversee and manage tasks of other departments to ensure timely and proper execution
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, and work with product/engineering to deliver on them
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for potential user incidences managed by user support team
• Ensure all requirements needed for project goals have necessary documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in project management role or consulting background
• Fluent level of English and German; other languages a plus
• Degree qualified with project management background
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Solution-focused with ability to identify problems and create plans
• Strong communication skills and proven record of building positive working relationships
