Junior Partner Representative (Weekends)

📋 Description

• Manage onboarding of new partners, guiding them through first steps
• Provide support to partners with accurate information and resolve questions
• Guide partners through our internal platform
• Assist partners in the billing process
• Maintain close communications with the Sales Team
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to deliver the best possible service to the partner

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in user support or high-level client service
• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Calm, problem-solving approach for delicate conversations
• Advanced English and Spanish level
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
