Junior Payroll Analyst - 18 months Contract

📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll processing for international locations
• Validate inputs and output reports for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws across countries
• Resolve payroll inquiries from employees promptly
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and external payroll vendors
• Prepare and audit payroll records, tax journals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 1-3 years payroll/HR admin experience (global/international a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., UKG Pro, OKG One View)
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset and ability to handle confidential data
