📋 Description

• Execute the full payroll cycle for a designated portfolio of several EU countries, including data
• Perform reconciliations of payroll data against source systems. Investigate and resolve all
• Ensure strict adherence to all local tax, social security, and statutory requirements
• Accurately process complex payroll inputs, including bonuses, commissions, equity transactions
• Utilize strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables
• Provide prompt, professional, and confidential support to employees regarding complex payroll

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience managing end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in a
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis and reconciliation
• Experience working with a major HRIS system (Workday) would be an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced
• Fluency in verbal and written English is required
