📋 Description

• End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
• Analyze and document each country payroll control framework.
• Ad hoc project support.
• Manage relationships with Finance, HR and the payroll provider.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and policies.
• Reconcile monthly payrolls and perform audits.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year experience of payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Ability to own payroll processes.
• Problem solving mindset and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulas.
