Junior People Operations Specialist (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Supporting our employees through key moments of their journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintaining accurate and reliable people data in our HR systems.
• Preparing employee documentation such as contracts, employment confirmations and reference letters
• Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day people-related questions and routing more
• Contributing to core HR processes and helping improve and standardize our People Operations
• Supporting the Workplace team with daily operational tasks and events, including front desk

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training in HR, business administration, business psychology or a
• First hands-on experience in HR or administration, e.g. through an internship, working student
• Confidence working with digital tools and data. Experience with an HRIS such as Personio is a plus.
• A structured, detail-oriented way of working, discretion with sensitive information and a strong
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
