Junior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Austria)

📋 Description

• End-to-end user acquisition: setup to reporting
• Manage core paid channels: Meta, TikTok, Google
• Ensure tracking and data insights for scalable funnels
• Run tests: ads concepts, assets, audience tests
• Monitor campaigns with Voluum, GA4, dashboards; flag anomalies
• Collaborate with Product/Content to improve landing pages

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in performance marketing or UA
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google ads
• Analytical with Excel; translate data into briefs
• Quick learner of new software and dashboards
• GA4, Voluum familiarity; basic metrics (CPM/CTR/CPA)
• English fluency; strong communication and ownership
