Junior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Europe)

📋 Description

• Manage core paid acquisition channels daily (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Ensure tracking and data insights to scale funnels
• Assist in testing and launching new ad concepts and audience tests
• Monitor campaigns with Voluum, GA4; flag performance anomalies
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention; support weekly and monthly reviews
• Collaborate with Product & Content to improve landing pages and conversions

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in performance marketing or UA
• Familiar with major platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google
• Quick learner of new software, dashboards, and interfaces
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data/Excel
• Knowledge of CPM, CTR, CPA metrics
• English fluency; strong communication; results-driven
