Junior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - France)

📋 Description

• Manage daily paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Create scalable funnels with tracking and data insights
• Develop and test ad concepts; organize assets and tests
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance with Voluum/GA4
• Pull and organize performance data for weekly reviews
• Maintain internal dashboards and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year in performance marketing/UA
• Platform knowledge: Meta, TikTok, Google basics
• Technical aptitude: quick to learn dashboards/tools
• Analytical & creative: translate data into briefs
• Soft skills: English fluency and clear communication
• Nice-to-haves: GA4/Voluum familiarity; CPM/CTR/CPA metrics
