Manage core paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and tracking.
Monitor campaigns with Voluum/GA4; flag performance anomalies.
Collaborate with Product/Content on landing pages and testing.
Scale budgets while keeping CAC/ROAS targets in check.
Help grow users from 40M to 100M.

🎯 Requirements

1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
Familiar with major ad platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google.
Strong technical aptitude to learn new software and dashboards.
Analytical and creative with data-driven briefs.
Fluent in English.
Familiarity with analytics/tracking tools (GA4, Voluum).
