📋 Description

• Own end-to-end user acquisition across paid channels.
• Execute and optimize high-volume campaigns.
• Autonomy in daily execution with senior guidance.
• Provide data-driven ideas to improve channel performance.
• Handle campaign setup, creative iteration, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product/content teams to improve funnels.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in performance marketing or UA.
• Knowledge of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Technical aptitude: quick learner of software, dashboards.
• Analytical & creative: data-driven with Excel, translating data to briefs.
• Nice-to-have: CPM/CTR/CPA; GA4/Voluum familiarity.
• Strong communication; fast-paced, proactive and curious.
