📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end user acquisition across paid channels.
• Manage daily campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google.
• Ensure proper tracking and scalable funnels.
• Support creative testing and landing-page changes.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Voluum; report findings.
• Collaborate with Product/Content to improve conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Ability to quickly learn new software, dashboards, interfaces.
• Analytical and creative; translate data into briefs.
• Fluent in English; strong communication.
• Driven, accountable; action-oriented.
