Junior Poker Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support setup and deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games, and poker series.
• Configure and maintain back-office and in-client settings accurately and on time.
• Support promos, missions, leaderboards, tickets, rewards, and CRM campaigns.
• Assist with tournament configuration: structures, payouts, guarantees, templates, satellites.
• Perform QA, release validation, and post-deployment checks.
• Investigate operational issues, respond to requests, and escalate problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of online poker, incl. cash games and tournaments.
• Genuine interest in poker and curiosity about online rooms.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
