Junior Poker Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support setup/deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games, and poker series.
• Configure and maintain back-office and in-client settings with deadlines.
• Support promotions, missions, leaderboards, tickets, rewards, and CRM campaigns.
• Assist with tournament configuration: structures, payouts, guarantees, templates, satellites.
• Perform QA, release validation, and post-deploy checks for changes.
• Investigate issues, respond to requests, escalate when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of online poker, including cash games, tournaments, core mechanics.
• Genuine interest in poker and curiosity about online poker rooms.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines.
