Junior Poker Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support setup and deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games, and poker series.
• Configure and maintain back-office and in-client settings to deadlines.
• Assist promotions, including missions, leaderboards, tickets, rewards, and CRM campaigns.
• Assist with tournament configuration: structures, payouts, guarantees, templates, satellites.
• Perform QA, release validation, and post-deployment checks for changes.
• Investigate operational issues, respond to requests, and escalate problems as needed.
