Junior Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders
• Support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Review and process supplier invoices
• Coordinate procurement requests with internal stakeholders and Finance
• Track procurement requests and ensure timely processing according to SLA
• Maintain procurement, software license, and IT asset documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 2 years in Procurement, P2P, AP, or Finance Ops
• Understanding of procurement or P2P processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and collaboration with international teams
• Languages: Intermediate+ English; Polish
