Junior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for new and existing
• Take design concepts from early exploration through implementation and final shipped experiences.
• Contribute to and maintain the product design system in Figma, ensuring components, patterns, and
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle, from
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability checks to understand user needs and identify
• Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into iterative design solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating product and UX design thinking, including the design process
• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions, explain trade-offs, and incorporate constructive
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in creating consistent, polished user experiences.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously within a distributed, remote-first team.
