Junior Product Manager (Monetization Manager)

📋 Description

• Support the design and optimization of revenue strategies and balance player experiences with
• Propose improvements to product strategy based on player behavior, data analysis, A/B testing, and
• Coordinate with production and monetization teams (design, developer, marketing, live ops, data
• Identify features, game modes, and player behaviors to analyze, and prioritize high-impact areas.
• Work with the DA team to conduct structured data analysis from problem definition to
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and prepare monthly reports/product reviews to track KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Live Operation, Analytics, Monetization, or Consulting in
• Good knowledge of top-grossing games and free-to-play (F2P) mechanics, with experience on at least
• Solid analytical and data modeling skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree and game design/creation experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, adaptable.
• Experienced at analyzing large datasets and turning them into actionable insights.
