📋 Description

• Serve as the first and primary contact for client accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional support.
• Monitor and analyze client campaigns and share updates and reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, creative and analytics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead campaign setup on the SKALE platform per requirements.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to ensure a smooth user experience.
