Junior Project Coordinator – Learning & Development

📋 Description

• Lead the coordination of learning initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and project
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, following established learning standards and
• Create supporting learning materials such as user guides, quick reference guides, manuals and
• Update and implement multilingual versions of e-learning courses using translation resources.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning content, processes and the overall learner

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Science, Engineering or a related
• Excellent English required; other languages are a plus.
• Eager to learn and develop in Learning & Development and project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
