📋 Description

• Lead the coordination of learning initiatives
• Managing timelines, stakeholders, and project delivery
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses
• Create supporting learning materials
• Update and implement multilingual versions of e-learning courses
• Contribute to improvement of learning content, processes and learner experience

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Science, Engineering or a related
• Excellent English required; other languages a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Experience in training, facilitation, teaching or e-learning development is a plus
