📋 Description

• Develop, launch, and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution.
• Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations; build long-term partnerships with venues.
• Manage multiple workstreams across projects with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Build relationships with venues, partners, brands, and stakeholders.
• Work with your Regional Lead to scale Fever Originals in Buenos Aires.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, partnerships, or similar roles.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills; ability to pitch to potential partners.
• Excellent analytical skills; able to use data to guide decision-making.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Resilient, results-driven; able to work under pressure.
