📋 Description

• Work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage events, from A to Z
• Own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences
• Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; proposing changes to
• Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new
• Manage, report on, and grow revenue from Candlelight Events
• Help to scale the Candlelight experience across other cities through developing and sharing best

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background
• Fluent English and German
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Solution-focused with ability to identify problem areas and create plans
• Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
• Highly organized and efficient
