Junior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate smaller projects or defined workstreams within larger projects under guidance.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation such as decision logs and action registers.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating concerns when needed.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Support resource planning by tracking requirements, identifying constraints, and updating
• Deliver project activities within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals with 1–3 years in a coordination or support
• Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations with strong written and verbal communication
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with sound judgment on escalation.
• Confident in using standard business and project tools.
• Fluent in English. Any additional languages are welcome.
