Junior Project Manager – Business Analytics

📋 Description

• Query and interpret data (SQL and beyond) to track branch and expansion performance, surface
• Take ownership of analytical workstreams within larger real estate and expansion projects, from
• Prototype dashboards, trackers, and lightweight internal tools — including using AI-assisted coding
• Identify inefficiencies in branch or expansion processes and help design and implement scalable
• Work closely with Purchasing, Expansion, Real Estate, and other cross-functional teams to keep
• Support the strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of AUTO1's Branch Real Estate &amp

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, engineering, or a similarly analytical
• Background in Business Analytics, Management, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn messy data into clear
• Solid SQL skills and no hesitation writing or adapting your own queries.
• Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to build small internal
• Familiarity with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
