Junior Project Manager - Experiential Marketing

📋 Description

• Support our planning process from concept through completion, supporting alignment with business
• Support internal teams (creative, production, marketing) and external vendors to help ensure all
• Assist in setting up and maintaining our detailed Jira project timeline (Event Roadmap) and help
• Support use of Jira for task tracking, project planning, and issue resolution
• Support consistent application of our processes on a global basis across stakeholders
• Help manage multiple events simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management support role
• Exposure to global or large-scale event operations is an advantage
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira) is beneficial
• Google suite and standard Microsoft Office software is essential
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
