Junior Property Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
• Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development
• Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property
• Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
• Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Property, business, commerce or related degree qualifications (completed or currently undertaking
• Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
