📋 Description

• Independently manage the entire recruitment process for multiple departments.
• Manage applicants and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic partner for our departments and provide professional recruiting support.
• Monitor recruiting trends and contribute ideas for hiring strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of German (mandatory).
• Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
